In order to facilitate cooperation and effective use of equipment at the Biomedical Research Center with departments and units inside and outside the university, with the consent of the Board of Directors, on the morning of November 23, 2021, The Cell - Tissue Department of Biomedical Research Center has implemented the "Open lab" tour and exchange program for lecturers from the Faculty of Pharmacy.
Attending the program were the participation of Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Thanh Binh, PhD, DVM - Head of Cell - Tissue Department, MSc.BS Pharm. Nguyen Hoai Nam - Deputy Head of Pharmacology - Clinical Pharmacology Unit with lecturers and assistant lecturers of the Faculty of Pharmacy. Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Thanh Binh introduced the operation process of the laboratories, the development orientation of the department. In addition, the Cell - Tissue Department also proposed common research directions between the two units in the near future, in the fields of pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, research issues in animal laboratory and evaluation of new drugs and pharmaceuticals.
Ngo Thai Minh Quan, BSC - Specialist of Cell - Tissue Department was carrying out operation of the Cell Screening System - OPERETTA with lecturers from Faculty of Pharmacy.
After the general introduction, the lecturers of the Faculty of Pharmacy were allowed to visit the research labs, including: Stem Cell Research Lab, Reproductive Cell Research Lab, Tissue and Corneal Bank, etc.. In addition, the specialists of the Cell - Tissue Department instructed the operation of some equipment, giving the Faculty of Pharmacy the opportunity to observe and practice some mechanical processes in tissue receiving and processing.

The "Open lab" tour and exchange program is a premise for cooperation in research and continuous training program (CME) between the Cell - Tissue Department in particular and the Biomedical Research Center in general with other scientists, universities and companies inside and outside the university. The Biomedical Research Center is always ready to enhance cooperation with scientists, universities and companies, contributing to improving the quality of teaching, examination and treatment for patients.
